摘要
针对电动汽车电池检测管理需求大,现有检测设施不便操作、精确不够,电池维护成本高的问题,提出基于线下检测分析场景的电池状态检测方案,介绍了系统的构成及功能,并进行测试应用。实践表明,电池状态检测装置操作方便、兼容性强,能精确评估电池状态,明确故障点并给出维修建议,有效降低车辆电池的运维成本。
Aiming at the high demand for battery inspection and management of electric vehicles,the existing inspection facilities are inconvenient to operate,not precise enough,and the battery maintenance cost is high,we propose a battery status inspection scheme based on offline inspection and analysis scenarios,introduce the system composition and functions,and carry out testing and application,which shows that the battery status inspection device is easy to operate,has strong compatibility,and can accurately assess the state of the battery,make clear the point of failure and give maintenance suggestions,and effectively reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the vehicle battery,and reduce the cost of the vehicle battery operation.It can effectively reduce the operation and maintenance cost of vehicle batteries.
