摘要
通过运用Super-EBM、Global-Malthusian-Luenberger指数模式,对2010-2020年长江经济带11个省(市)的静态、动态工业碳排放效果进行了评估,并分别从区域水平、基础水平、资源结构、技术水平、生产水平五大层面入手,利用Tobit模型对其驱动因子展开研究。实证结果表明:长江经济带的工业总碳排放量在持续增长,但大部分省份的碳排放绩效表现欠佳,仍有较高碳减排的潜力,各省份的碳排放效率水平受技术限制较大。最后,为长江经济带的工业碳排放绩效提升提出了相关政策建议。
The paper uses the super-efficiency EBM-DEA and Global-Malthusian-Luenberger index models to measure the carbon emission performance of the static and dynamic logistics industry in 11 provinces(municipalities)of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2020,and from the regional level,the basic level,the energy structure,the level of science and technology,the economic level of five dimensions,using the panel Tobit model to explore its driving factors.The results show that the total carbon emission of the Yangtze River economic belt is increasing,but the carbon emission performance of most provinces is insufficient,and the carbon emission efficiency of each province is limited by technology.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions for the improvement of carbon emission performance in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
