中国低碳工业经济的可持续性评估

摘要 我国采用高耗费、低效率、高排放的原始增长方式,导致资源消耗惊人,环境急剧恶化,建立一个有利于可持续发展的绿色GDP统计指标体系至关重要。从经济、环境和人文三方面选取了九个指标,用于构建我国31个省市的绿色GDP综合指数。通过主成分分析方法提取了两个主要因子,其累计方差贡献率达到80.332%,显著简化了原始数据的复杂性,构建了绿色GDP指标F,为促进中国工业经济的低碳转型提供理论支持和政策建议。 China adopts a primitive growth mode of high consumption,low efficiency and high emission,which leads to alarming resource consumption and rapid environmental degradation,and it is crucial to establish a green GDP statistical index system that is conducive to sustainable development.Nine indicators were selected from the three aspects of economy,environment and humanities,which were used to construct a comprehensive green GDP index for 31 provinces and cities in China.Two main factors were extracted by principal component analysis method,whose cumulative variance contribution rate reached 80.332%,which significantly simplified the complexity of the raw data,and constructed the green GDP index F,which provides theoretical support and policy suggestions for promoting the low-carbon transformation of China's industrial economy.
