分析了电动汽车运营的成本结构和效率优化路径,探讨了各种政策动力与激励机制;在可持续供应链管理方面,提出了绿色采购、供应商评估的重要性,并强调了循环经济在运营中的实施策略;研究了消费者参与和市场营销策略,解析了市场接受度、基于价值的定价策略,以及增强用户体验与参与对电动汽车长期发展的重要性,从而提升电动汽车行业的经济效益和竞争力。
The cost structure and efficiency optimisation path of electric vehicle operation are analysed.In terms of sustainable supply chain management,this study suggests the importance of green procurement,supplier assessment and emphasises the implementation strategies of circular economy in operations.Consumer engagement and marketing strategies are examined,analysing market acceptance,value-based pricing strategies,and the importance of enhancing user experience and engagement for the long-term development of electric vehicles.
