大断面煤巷智能掘进装备系统及其效益分析

摘要 以寺河矿W2307运输顺槽为研究背景,在现场调研掘进技术现状的基础上,分析了制约巷道掘进速度的影响因素;根据巷道截割要求,结合相邻矿区快速掘进实践,选用EBZ200型智能掘进装备,分析了掘进装备的主要技术参数与智能化控制系统,并提出了智能化掘进系统的设备方案,为后期智能化快速掘进的实施提供前期基础。 Taking the W2307 transportation channel of Sihe Mine as the research background,based on on-site research on the current status of excavation technology,the influencing factors that restrict the speed of tunnel excavation were analyzed;According to the requirements of tunnel cutting and combined with the rapid excavation practice of adjacent mining areas,the EBZ200 intelligent excavation equipment was selected and used.The main technical parameters and intelligent control system of the excavation equipment were analyzed,and the equipment plan for the intelligent excavation system was proposed.On this basis,the benefits of the rapid excavation system were analyzed,providing a preliminary basis for the implementation of intelligent rapid excavation in the later stage.
