摘要
光伏清扫机器人现有的研究集中于结构与控制系统,未考虑到机器人本身对光伏组件的影响,同时组件不同安装环境下机器人对光伏组件的影响不同。在对光伏电站进行调查研究后,针对机器人的安装环境与光伏组件的阵列,建立CAD模型,以两件光伏板竖装为参考进行计算分析,结果表明光伏电池板表面的变形可能会影响到下层的电池片等构件,针对现有的框架进行技改,在保证光伏电池板清洁度的同时避免了光伏电池板的受压。
Existing studies on photovoltaic(PV)cleaning robots have focused on the structure and control system,without considering the impact of the robot itself on PV modules,and the impact of the robot on PV modules is different in different installation environments of the modules.In the photovoltaic power plant investigation and research,according to the reality of the situation,for the robot's installation environment and the array of photovoltaic components,the establishment of CAD models,two pieces of photovoltaic panels vertical installation as a reference to calculate and analyse,the results show that the deformation of the surface of the photovoltaic panels may affect the lower layer of the battery cells and other components,as a starting point for the existing framework for the technological transformation,in order to ensure that the photovoltaic panels cleanliness at the same time avoiding the stress on the PV panel.
