摘要
为有效解决空分设备能耗较大的问题,在对空分工艺流程综合分析的基础上,详细对空分系统的能量进行分析,并提出了可采取的常规节能措施。重点对空分装置的压缩、精馏的优化控制策略进行研究,提出了根据需求量控制的变负荷控制算法,并对综合节能效果进行了评估。
In order to effectively solve the problem of large energy consumption of air separation equipment,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the air separation process,the energy of the air separation system is analyzed in detail,and conventional energy saving measures can be taken are proposed.Focusing on the optimization control strategy of compression and distilation of the air separation unit,the variable load control algorithm according to the demand control is proposed,and the comprehensive energy saving effect is evaluated.
