摘要
为确保文物渡槽在加固施工中的完整性,提出了新的渡槽加固结构及施工方法,比较分析了钢构渡槽的技术优势。结合青州张庄渡槽加固工程实际应用,钢构渡槽提前制作,吊装施工速度快;钢构渡槽中设置有钢管,钢管与槽身之间连接形成钢管-混凝土槽身的组合形式;施工过程中,渡槽位移为0.52~3.68 mm,小于设计要求。该方法解决了现有技术中施工难度和安全隐患大的技术难题,缩短了施工周期,提升了施工质量。
To ensure the integrity of cultural heritage aqueducts during reinforcement construction,this article proposes a new aqueduct reinforcement structure and construction method,and compares and analyzes the technical advantages of steel aqueducts.Combining with the practical application of the Zhangzhuang Aqueduct Reinforcement Project in Qingzhou,the steel structure aqueduct is pre-fabricated and the lifting construction speed is fast.Steel pipes are installed in the steel structure aqueduct,and the connection between the steel pipes and the tank body forms a combination of steel pipes and concrete tank body.During the construction process,the displacement of the aqueduct was 0.52-3.68 mm,which is less than the design requirements.This method solves the technical difficulties and safety hazards in existing technologies,shortens the construction period,and improves the construction quality.
