城市更新视野下既有建筑改造加固研究——以江苏园博园改造工程为例

Study on the Renovation and Reinforcement of the Existing Buildings from the Vision of Urban Renewal:A Case of the Renovation Project of Jiangsu Garden Expo Park

既有建筑改造加固是城市更新行动的重要环节,在我国城市化进程中扮演着重要角色。文章在归纳分析现有改造加固原则及方法的基础上,就江苏园博园改造工程,从生态景观、园区空间和建筑材料再生三个角度入手展开其改造理念及策略的深入分析。研究成果表明:既有建筑改造加固方法技术先进,符合可持续发展理念。江苏园博园结合自身特点和城市更新原则,实现了对生态景观、园区空间和建筑材料的改造更新,改造成果广受好评。研究成果可为进一步推广既有建筑改造加固,推动城市更新提供一定的理论基础。

The renovation and reinforcement of the existing buildings is an important part of urban renewal actions and plays an important role in the process of urbanization in China.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing principles and methods of renovation and reinforcement,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the transformation concept and strategies of Jiangsu Garden Expo Park from three perspectives:ecological landscape,park space and building material regeneration.The research results show that the existing building renovation and reinforcement methods are technologically advanced and in line with the concept of sustainable development.Combining with the characteristics of Jiangsu Garden Expo Park and urban renewal principles,the transformation and renewal of ecological landscape,park space and building materials are realized,and the transformation results are widely praised.The research results of this paper can provide a certain theoretical basis for further promoting the renovation and reinforcement of the existing buildings and promoting urban renewal.
