基于整体性保护的苏州水街界面更新研究——以山塘历史街区临水建筑立面为例

Research on the Water-Street Interface Renewal from the Perspective of Integrated Preservation:A Case of the Facade of Waterfront Architecture in Shantang Historical Block

苏州是因水而兴的文化名城,其城建发展与水息息相关。水与街是其城市风貌的重要构成要素,水街空间界面是两者间联系的客观表现。文章从构成要素和更新方法两方面对水街界面和建筑立面进行了初步梳理,选择以构成界面的临水建筑立面为研究对象,总结临水建筑立面的现状和常见问题,并从遗产保护视角,基于整体性原则分析保护价值。最后结合山塘三期临水建筑立面改造项目,通过文献和调研,分析更新保护措施、概括遗产整体保护经验,为古城后续立面的整体保护提供参考。

Suzhou is a famous cultural city prospers by water,which city development is closely related to water.Water and streets are important components of its cityscape,and the objective expression of the relationship between them is water-street interface.The paper makes a preliminary sorting out of the water-street interface and building facade from the aspects of constituent elements and renewal methods,chooses the waterfront building facade,which constitutes the interface,as the research object,summarizes the status quo and common problems of the waterfront facade,and analyzes the protection value based on the principle of wholeness from the viewpoint of heritage protection.Finally,in connection with the renovation project of the waterfront facade of Shantang III,the paper analyzes the renewal protection measures and summarizes the experience of overall protection of heritage through literature and investigation,so as to provide a reference for the overall protection of the facade of the ancient city in the following years.
