积极老龄化视角下适老居住空间设计研究

Study on the Design of Elderly Residential Space from the Perspective of Active Aging

我国老龄化程度加快,城镇居住环境依旧是老年人生活的主体,如何营造适合老年人生活居住的空间环境是有待解决的问题。积极老龄化理念的提出,给我国城市发展适老居住空间指明了一条崭新的路径,前期的理念可以引导城市适老空间设计策略的创新,以此探讨积极老龄化视角下适老居住空间的具体设计策略方法。文章通过对比分析传统与现代养老模式,提出类型决定空间体系、空间促进功能多元、设施嵌入适老布局三大适老居住空间营建策略,以期为现代老年人生活空间优化提供参考。

The degree of aging in China has accelerated,and the urban residential environment is still the main body for the elderly.How to build the space environment suitable for the elderly to live remains to be solved.The concept of positive aging points out a new path for the development of Chinese urban residential space for the aged.The previous concepts can guide the innovation of urban residential space design strategies,so as to discuss the specific strategies and methods for the design of residential space for the aged from the perspective of positive aging.Through comparative analysis on traditional and modern pension care models,this paper proposes three strategies for the construction of elderly residential space:typology-determined space system,multi-functions promoted by space,and facilities embedded in suitable layout for the elderly,in order to provide a reference for the optimization of modern elderly residential space.
