建设人民的“幸福城市”路径研究——以福州市为例

Research on the Path of Building People’s“Happy City”:A Case of Fuzhou City

文章通过梳理人本幸福理念及“幸福城市”的思想溯源与价值认知,明晰“幸福城市”的具体内涵与价值取向,为人民的“幸福城市”规划理论体系的形成提供坚实基础和有力支撑。通过面向福州市民的问卷调研总结出福州城独有的“幸福观”,以此为目标,提炼出安康、富足、宜居、公平、人文等关键词,并基于此,构建福州市人民的“幸福城市”指标体系,通过指标的量化,探索福州建设“有福之州、幸福之城”的实施路径,为福州“幸福之城”建设建言献策,也为其他以“幸福”为发展目标的城市提供参考借鉴。

By sorting out the concept of people-oriented happiness and the ideological origin and value cognition of“happy city”,this paper clarifies the specific connotation and value orientation of“happy city”,so as to provide a solid foundation and strong support for the formation of the theoretical system of people’s“happy city”planning.Through the questionnaire investigation of the citizens in Fuzhou,the paper summarizes the unique“happiness”of Fuzhou,and then extracts the key words of peace,prosperity,livable,fairness,and humanity under this goal.Based on this,it builds the index system of Fuzhou people’s“happy city”.Through quantitative indicators,it explores the implementation path for the construction of“blessed state,and the city of happiness”in Fuzhou so as to provide suggestions for building a“city of happiness”in Fuzhou,and to provide a reference for the other cities with“happiness”as development goal.
