武汉市历史建筑资源调查与活化利用研究

Study on the Investigation,Activation and Utilization of Historical Building Resources in Wuhan City

保护好优秀的历史建筑资源对于保存城市历史文脉、反映社会发展历史、营造城市的独特意象都有十分重要的作用。本研究以武汉市为调查对象,探究历史建筑资源的调查方法。通过对武汉市江岸区、江汉区、硚口区、汉阳区、武昌区、青山区及东湖风景区内建造年份在50年以上的建筑进行实地走访调查,较为全面地掌握了武汉市现存的有潜在价值的历史建筑资源的整体数量、分布情况、保存现状、历史文化价值、建造年代、建筑结构类型等信息,在此基础上建立优秀历史建筑资源价值评价体系,并提出历史建筑资源的活化利用策略。

Protecting the excellent historical building resources plays a very important role in preserving the historical context of the city,reflecting the history of social development and creating the unique image of the city.This paper takes Wuhan City as the object to explore the survey methods of historical building resources.Through field visit survey on the buildings with more than 50 years of construction history in Jiang’an district,Jianghan district,Qiaokou district,Hanyang district,Wuchang district,Qingshan district and Donghu scenic area in Wuhan,the information,including the overall number,distribution,preservation status,historical and cultural value,building years,and building structure type,etc.,of the historical building resources with potential value in Wuhan is comprehensively grasped.On this basis,an excellent historical building resources value evaluation system is established,and the activation and utilization strategies of historical building resources are put forward.
