Research on Landscape Design of Industrial Parks

产业园区是执行城市产业职能的重要空间形态,是大小型企业集群建筑的聚集区,是城市经济腾飞的助推器。随着我国经济的腾飞和创意产业的兴起,各地产业园区如雨后春笋,蓬勃发展,而产业园区的规划设计则更显现出其重要性。文章对不同类别的产业园区的空间设计手法进行概述,并在新冠疫情后经济复苏的背景下,有针对性地提出产业园区低成本设计策略。文章不拘泥于单纯的景观设计专业范畴,通过分析重点案例,归纳总结适用于当代产业园区设计的新方法和新途径,以规划、运营和开发等角度为切入点,探讨新型产业园区设计的注意事项和新特点,提出产业园区重点空间的设计要点,与时俱进,将可持续发展的理念贯穿始终,为产业园区的景观设计提供一个普适性高、可操作性强的设计体系。

Industrial park is a gathering area for large and small enterprise clusters to execute urban industrial functions,and also a booster for urban economic takeoff.With the takeoff of economy and the rise of creative industries,industrial parks have sprung up and flourished in various regions,and the planning and design of industrial parks have become more and more important.This paper summarizes the space design techniques for different types of industrial parks,and puts forward targeted low-cost design strategies for industrial parks in the context of economic recovery after COVID-19 epidemic.This paper is not limited to the scope of simple landscape design major.By analyzing key cases,it summarizes new methods and approaches applicable to contemporary industrial park design.From the perspectives of planning,operation,and development,it explores the precautions and new characteristics for the design of new industrial parks,proposes the design points of key spaces in industrial parks with the concept of sustainable development throughout and keeping up with the times.It provides a design system with high universality and strong operability for the landscape design of industrial parks.
