装配式混凝土构件间新型钢筋连接器试验研究

摘要 在装配式结构中,构件间的节点连接是整个装配结构的关键环节,其连接强度、变形等可靠性指标制约着装配式建筑的发展。本文提出了一类适用于装配式混凝土构件间新型三管型钢筋连接器,可分为焊接式和整体式两种构造形式,为研究其可行性开展了相关试验研究。试验结果表明该类钢筋连接器具有良好的传力能力,其中焊接式连接件可靠性的主要影响因素为焊缝质量,整体式钢筋连接器可靠性的主要影响因素为套筒壁厚,同等条件下整体式钢筋连接器的力学性能要优于焊接式钢筋连接器,本文分别给出了两种连接件的建议使用高度。 In the assembled structure,the connection between components plays an important role of the whole structure,and its reliability indexes of connection strength and deformation restrict the development of assembled buildings.In this paper,a new type of three-tube rebar connector between prefabricated concrete components was proposed,with two specific construction forms of welded and integral connectors.Relevant experimental research was carried out to determine its feasibility.The results showed that this type of rebar connector had good force transmission ability.The main influence factor of the reliability of welded connectors was the quality of the weld,while the main influence factor of the reliability of integral rebar connectors was the thickness of the sleeve.The mechanical performance of integral rebar connectors was better than that of welded rebar connectors under the same conditions.The heights of two kinds of connectors were proposed re-spectively.
