摘要
我国老龄化进程和数字化发展双双加速,老年人的数字社会融入问题日益凸显。公共图书馆应响应“提升全民数字素养与技能”国家战略需求,帮助老年人提升数字素养与技能以应对数字化生存。从数字素养内涵阐释、国内外研究现状分析切入,提出老年人数字素养与技能提升面临的挑战和障碍,探究公共图书馆提升老年人数字素养与技能的路径。
As China's aging process and digital development are both accelerating,the digital social integration of old-er adults is becoming more and more prominent.Public libraries should respond to the national strategy of"improving digital literacy and skills for all"and help older adults to improve their digital literacy and skills in order to cope with digital survival.This paper presents some major challenges and obstacles to enhance digital literacy and skills of older adults,and explores the ways to enhance digital literacy and skills of older adults in public libraries,starting from the interpretation of the connotation of digital literacy and the analy-sis of the current situation of domestic and international research.
