摘要
为解决内蒙古某选煤厂使用常规絮凝剂处理煤泥水时沉降效率低,高灰细泥在系统内循环无法排出的问题,采用BK819A新型煤泥水净化剂对煤泥水进行絮凝处理,阐述了BK819A研发合成机理,并通过在该厂进行原药剂PAM与BK819A的煤泥水沉降试验及相关工业试验,对比分析使用效果,结果表明,BK819A能够有效提高循环水品质,降低循环水细泥浓度,解决该厂煤泥水处理难题,并为选厂增加经济效益与社会效益。
In order to address the low settling efficiency of coal slurry water treatment and the problem of high ash fine sludge unable to be discharged from the system in a coal preparation plant in Inner Mongolia,this paper introduces a newly developed coal slurry water purifying agent called BK819A.The research and development synthesis mechanism of BK819A is briefly explained.Through coal slurry water settling tests and relevant industrial experiments comparing the use of the original agent PAM with BK819A in the plant,the differences in performance are analyzed.The results show that BK819A can effectively improve the quality of circulating water,reduce the concentration of fine sludge in circulating water,solve the problem of coal slurry water treatment in the plant,and increase both economic and social benefits in the coal preparation plant.
