阶梯干法分选设备在曙光煤矿深度预排矸工艺中的试验研究

摘要 介绍了JZM系列矿物高效阶梯分选设备的工作原理和主要技术特点,在曙光选煤厂采用该设备对入洗原煤进行了干选下限3 mm的深度预排矸工业性试验。分析试验结果得出:高含矸炼焦煤选煤厂采用JZM系列矿物高效阶梯分选设备深度预排矸,排矸效果好,可提高选煤厂原煤处理能力,节省设备维修费用,降低生产成本,符合国家节能降耗、低碳生产的有关政策。 The working principle and main technical characteristics of JZM series of high efficiency step mineral separation equipment are introduced.The industrial test of pre-discharge of raw coal with the lower limit of dry separation of 3 mm is carried out by using this equipment in Shuang Coal preparation Plant.The results show that the JZM series of mineral efficient ladder separation equipment is used in coking coal preparation plant with high waste content,and the effect of waste discharge is good.It can improve the raw coal treatment capacity of coal preparation plant,save equipment maintenance costs,reduce production costs,and meet the relevant policies of national energy saving and low carbon production.
