摘要
寺河选煤厂将末煤干法脱粉工艺改为先干法脱粉再湿法脱泥的工艺,把不可避免进入系统的煤泥提前从系统中分开,避免这部分煤泥进入重介分选系统,降低末煤重介分选系统介质回收系统的压力,降低分选过程的介质消耗,经过调试,末煤洗选系统小时生产能力可提高178~183 t。
Sihe Coal preparation plant can separate the coal slime that inevitably enters the system due to screening efficiency from the system in advance by changing the dry powder removal process before washing the powder to the dry powder removal followed by wet sludge removal process,so as to prevent this part of coal slime from entering the heavy medium separation system,reduce the pressure of the medium recovery system of the heavy medium separation system for the powder coal,reduce the consumption of production medium for the separation effect,and after commissioning,The washing powder can be increased to 178~183 t/h.
