回坡底选煤厂煤泥水分级、分选系统优化改造

Optimization and reformation of slime water classification and separationsystem in Huipodi Coal Preparation Plant

摘要 针对回坡底选煤厂煤泥分选回收系统工艺不完善、浮选系统处理能力不足、中矸稀介合并处理影响精煤回收率的问题,提出“中矸磁尾分开回收、两段粗煤泥分选、两段浮选”的技术改造方案。改造后粗精煤泥灰分降低1.0%,浮选精煤灰分降低1.5%,浮选尾煤灰分达到75%,实现与矸石合并进行综合利用的要求;尾煤泥灰分提高,使选煤厂综合精煤、中煤的回收率得到提高,不仅合理利用了资源,而且取得了较好的经济效益。 Aiming at the problems of incomplete process of coal slime separation and recovery system,insufficient processing capacity of flotation system,and the effect of thin and mixed treatment on clean coal recovery rate in Hui-podi coal preparation plant,a technical reform scheme of“magnetic tail separation of coal slime,two-stage coarse slime separation and two-stage flotation”was put forward.After the transformation,the ash content of coarse and refined coal is reduced by 1.0%,the ash content of flotation refined coal is reduced by 1.5%,and the ash content of flotation tail reaches 75%,which realizes the requirement of comprehensive utilization combined with gangue.With the increase of ash content of tail slime,the recovery rate of comprehensive clean coal and medium coal in coal preparation plant has been improved,which not only makes reasonable use of resources,but also obtains better economic benefits.
