余吾煤业动筛矸石再选技术改造实践

Practice of rebeneficiation technology for gangue by moving screen in Yuwu Coal Industry

余吾选煤厂块煤采用动筛跳汰排矸工艺,由于机械动筛跳汰机分选效果较差,矸石存在带煤偏多的问题,易造成矸石外排过程中出现环保、安全、治安等社会问题。为解决该问题,提出建设动筛矸石再选系统,回收矸石外排带走的煤,以增加企业经济效益。

Yuwu coal preparation plant adopts dynamic sieve jig process to discharge gangue.Due to the poor sorting effect of mechanical dynamic sieve jig,there is a problem that gangue carries too much coal,which is easy to cause social problems such as environmental protection,safety and public security in the gangue discharge process.In order to solve the problem,it is proposed to build a dynamic screen gangue reseparation system to recover the coal taken away by the gangue discharge in order to increase the economic benefits of enterprises.
