摘要
阐述了国能蒙西棋盘井选煤厂采用双段细筛缝(0.2 mm)弧形筛深度分级回收粗精煤泥工艺及特点,并通过单机试验检验其实际应用效果。结果表明,粗精煤泥双段弧形筛的综合筛分效率为83.66%,分配粒径为0.146 mm,平均可能偏差仅为0.027 mm,能确保灰分合格的粗精煤泥得到有效回收,避免其进入浮选系统的损失在尾矿中。
This article elaborates on the process and characteristics of using double section fine screen gap(0.2 mm)arc-shaped screen depth classification to recover coarse and fine coal slurry at Guoneng Mengxi Qipanjing Coal Preparation Plant,and verifies its practical application effect through single machine experiments.The results show that the comprehensive screening efficiency of the double stage arc-shaped screen for coarse and clean coal slurry is 83.66%,with a distribution particle size of 0.146 mm and an average possible deviation of only 0.027 mm.This can ensure that the coarse and clean coal slurry with qualified ash content is effectively recovered,avoiding its loss in the flotation system and tailings.
