塔山选煤厂降低大块矸石带煤率的应用实践

摘要 介绍了塔山选煤厂原煤准备车间大块矸石带煤率高、手选工人工作环境差的问题,通过对智能干选机的优势分析及应用效果调研,在塔山选煤厂原煤准备车间实施智能干选代替人工手选的技术改造,降低了大块矸石带煤率,改善了手选工人工作环境,并为企业带来了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 It introduces the problems of high coal rate of bulk gangue belt and poor working environment of hand sorting workers in raw coal preparation workshop of Tashan coal preparation plant.By analyzing the advantages of intelligent dry sorting machine and investigating the application effect,the technical transformation of intelligent dry sorting instead of manual sorting is implemented in raw coal preparation workshop of Tashan coal preparation plant,which reduces the coal rate of bulk gangue belt and improves the working environment of hand sorting workers.And bring better economic and social benefits for enterprises.
