摘要
阐述了王家岭选煤厂浮选尾矿和压滤煤泥均由人工采取煤样,存在采样量大、人员劳动强度高、煤样代表性不强的问题,因此,研制了一种安装在管道中专门用于流体的自动采样装置,并应用在浮选尾矿和浓缩机底流管道上。应用结果表明:该装置可靠性高,安全性强,可大幅降低采样工人的劳动强度,采样代表性更强,比人工采样具有明显的优势。
In response to the problems of large coal quality testing sampling,high labor intensity of personnel,and weak representativeness of coal samples in the production process of Wangjialing Coal Preparation Plant,a method of installing an automatic sampling device in the pipeline was adopted to solve it.The application results show that the device has high reliability,reliable safety performance,can greatly reduce the labor intensity of sampling workers,has stronger sampling representativeness,and has obvious advantages compared with manual sampling.
