摘要
为了探索煤炭入料量、水分以及粒度组成对筛分效果的影响,先采用多因素逐项试验寻找各因素较优水平,进而利用正交试验探索各因素的主次顺序、最佳水平组合。结果表明:各因素的主次顺序为:小于3 mm占比>水分>入料量。最佳水平组合为入料量15 kg、水分2.55%、小于3 mm占比25%,筛分效率最高达85.28%。
In order to explore the effects of coal feed amount,moisture and particle size composition on the screening effect,multi-factor tests were used to find the optimal level of each factor,and then orthogonal test was used to explore the primary order and optimal level combination of each factor.The results showed that the primary and secondary order of each factor was-3mm particle level ratio>water>feed amount.The optimal level combination is 15kg feed volume,2.55%moisture,-3mm particle level accounting for 25%;The screening efficiency is up to 85.28%.
