摘要
邯宝焦化厂2套7 m焦炉系统烟气排放物中存在CO浓度高的现象,随着环保管控越来越严格,减少焦炉煤气CO排放的研究成为焦化厂工作的重中之重。分析了焦炉交换加热过程中烟气CO含量的变化,并采用调整焦炉加热燃气中高炉煤气耗量、利用干熄焦检修期等改变焦炉工艺参数的方法,考察高炉煤气耗量、干熄焦烟气量对焦炉CO排放的影响。研究获得了高炉煤气用量与焦炉烟气中CO排放量的关系,以及引用干熄炉烟气后CO含量的变化情况,在此基础上分析了焦炉烟气CO的来源,提出相应的降低烟气中CO排放量的措施。
In Hanbao Coking Plant,there exists a phenomenon of high CO concentration in the flue gas emissions of two sets of 7m coke oven systems.With the increasingly strict management of environmental protection,the reaserch on how to reduce the CO emission from the coke oven has become an extremely significant work for the coking plant.Both the blast furnace gas consumption and coke dry quenching gas content have an impact on the CO emission of the coke oven.In order to make clear the influence,this reaserch analyses the content changes of CO released from the coke oven exchanging and heating process,and adopts methods such as adjusting the consumption of blast furnace gas in the heating gas of the coke oven and utilizing the maintenance period of dry quenching coke to change the process parameters of the coke oven.The study works out the relationship between blast furnace gas consumption and CO emissions in coke oven flue gas,as well as the changes in CO content after using dry quenching furnace flue gas.Based on this,it studies the source composition of CO in coke oven flue gas,and puts forward corresponding measures to reduce CO emissions in flue gas.
