涡旋压缩机背压力对能效影响的仿真分析

摘要 为了研究涡旋背压力与能效的影响,本文基于涡旋压缩腔动网格CFD仿真,从压缩机背压力与轴向气体力平衡角度,研究了背压力大小对性能的影响。通过开设不同的背压孔角度,利用仿真结合实验实测验证,给出合理背压角度范围,目标工况下动盘所受轴向力(即止推力)降低26%,压缩机功率降低1.2%,性能系数提升1.2%。通过此研究,建立了涡旋压缩仿真模型,更为准确的计算出压缩腔各气体力及背压腔压力,为涡旋压缩机设计提供更高效的指导或优化方向。 In order to study the influence of vortex back pressure on energy efficiency,the impact of back pressure on performance from the perspective of compressor back pressure and axial gas force balance is studied based on dynamic grid CFD simulation of vortex compression chamber.By setting different back pressure hole angles and using simulation combined with experimental verification,a reasonable range of back pressure angles is provided.Under the target working condition,the axial force(i.e.thrust)on the moving disc is reduced by 26%,the compressor power is reduced by 1.2%,and the performance coefficient is increased by 1.2%.Through this study,a simulation model for vortex compression is established,which can more accurately calculate the air force and back pressure in the compression chamber,providing more efficient guidance or optimization direction for vortex compressor design.
