集成式冷却装置设计及实验测试

摘要 本文以12个电子设备机柜的冷却需求为设计目标,提出了一种集成式冷却装置的设计方案。通过分析冷却对象的制冷量、供液温度以及安装空间等指标要求,本方案将冷却装置主要零部件集成在3个19英寸机柜内。其分别为:“1#制冷柜”、“2#制冷柜”和“供液柜”。其中2个制冷柜采用“镜像相同”和“互为备份”的设计方式;供液柜采用两台水泵“互为备份”的设计方式。围绕三个机柜,对冷却装置的工作原理、集成化布局以及供液温度控制技术进行了重点设计。最后对其进行了性能实验测试,实验结果表明:冷却装置“1#制冷柜”和“2#制冷柜”在换热工作模式下的制冷量分别为61.4 kW和61.6 kW;在制冷工作模式下的制冷量分别为62.6kW和63kW;均满足性能指标要求。 A design proposal for an integrated cooling device,with the cooling requirements of 12 electronic equipment cabinets as the design objective is presented in this article.By analyzing indicators such as cooling capacity,supply liquid temperature,and installation space requirements for the cooling objects,this scheme integrates the main components of the cooling device into three 19-inch equipment racks.These are named as“Cooling Cabinet 1,”“Cooling Cabinet 2,”and“Liquid Supply Cabinet.”Among them,two cooling cabinets follow a design approach of“mirror-symmetric”and“mutual backup,”while the liquid supply cabinet adopts a design with two pumps for mutual backup.Focused on these three cabinets,the article emphasizes the design of the working principle of the cooling device,integrated layout,and liquid supply temperature control technology.Finally,performance tests are conducted,and the results indicate that the cooling capacities of“Cooling Cabinet 1”and“Cooling Cabinet 2”under the heat exchange mode are 61.3 kW and 61.6 kW,respectively.Under the cooling mode,their cooling capacities are 62.6 kW and 63 kW,all of which meet the performance requirements.
