摘要
脑卒中具有高发病率、高致残率的特点,运动功能障碍作为脑卒中患者的常见伴随症状,严重影响了患者的生活质量。本研究利用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)这种具有极高空间分辨率的评估手段,结合局部与全局的fMRI研究方法,综述近年来国内外相关研究进展,探讨卒中后运动障碍的脑功能变化,并对针刺促进卒中后运动障碍康复的中枢机制进行探索,以期为针刺治疗卒中后运动障碍提供理论依据。
Stroke has the feature of high incidence and disability rate.As a common concomitant symptom of stroke,dyskinesia seriously affects the life quality of the patients.This study used functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),an evaluation method with extremely high spatial resolution,combined with local and global fMRI research methods to review relevant research progress at home and abroad in recent years.It explored the changes of brain function in post-stroke dyskinesia,and discussed the central mechanism of acupuncture to promote the rehabilitation of post-stroke dyskinesia,in order to provide theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of the disease.
