摘要
以聚甲基硅氧烷预聚体为基础聚合物,白炭黑为填料,甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷复配为交联剂,二叔丁氧基二乙酰氧基硅烷为硅烷偶联剂,自制钛酸酯为催化剂,制得环保型酸性硅酮密封胶。该密封胶具有明显的快速固化效果,表干时间可控制在10 min以内;胶层厚度为2 mm时,8 h固化强度可达0.72 MPa,完全固化强度可达0.75 MPa。
A type of eco-friendly acid silicone sealant is prepared using polymethyl siloxane prepolymer as the base polymer,white carbon black as the filler,methyl triacetoxysilane and vinyl triacetoxysilane as the crosslinking agent,di-tert-butoxy diacetoxysilane as the silane coupling agent,and self-made titanate as the catalyst.This sealant has a significant fast curing effect,and the surface drying time can be controlled within 10 minutes;while the thickness of the coating layer is 2 mm,the curing strength after 8 hours can reach 0.72 MPa,and the fully cured strength can reach 0.75 MPa.
