摘要
某五星级酒店扩建工程项目地下室顶板防水设计采用2.0 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+4.0 mm厚耐根穿刺自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材的涂卷复合方案;屋面防水设计采用2.0 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+1.5 mm厚无胎自粘高分子膜基改性沥青防水卷材的涂卷复合方案,并对种植顶板变形缝、后浇带、屋面女儿墙、出屋面管道等细部节点部位做了重点处理,消除了窜水隐患,防水效果良好。
The waterproofing design of the basement top plate of a five-star hotel expansion project adopts a composite scheme of 2.0 mm thick non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating+4.0 mm thick root resistant self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane;while the roof waterproofing design adopts a combined system of 2.0 mm thick non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating+1.5 mm thick carrierless self-adhesive polymer film reinforced modified bitumen waterproofing membrane.Treatment for details has been carried out,such as deformation joints of the planted roof,the post-cast strip,roof parapet wall,and the pipes out of roof,to eliminate the risk of water channeling,and good waterproofing effect has been achieved.
