Promoting Common Prosperity with the New Development Concept:The Historical Evolution and Policy Path of China's Regional Coordinated Development Strategy

当前我国实施区域协调发展战略是实现经济高质量发展、全体人民共同富裕的必然要求。贯彻落实科学的发展理念是指导区域协调发展的关键所在,也是实现共同富裕的前提、基础和必要条件。从社会主义经济建设的实践逻辑出发,通过梳理我国实施区域协调发展战略的历史演进过程,结合发展实际不断调整区域发展战略思想,分析国家“区域平衡发展—区域非均衡发展—区域协调发展”的发展机制,呈现出党在不同历史时期发展区域经济的实践图景,为国家实现区域协调发展提供政策路径。

At present,the implementation of regional coordinated development strategy in China is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality economic development and common prosperity for all the people.Implementing the scientific concept of development is the key to guiding the coordinated development of regions,and is also the prerequisite,basis and necessary condition for achieving common prosperity.Based on the practical logic of socialist economic construction,this paper aims at making clear of the historical evolution of China's implementation of regional coordinated development,constantly adjusts the strategic thought of regional development in combination with the reality,analyzes the development mechanism of“regional balanced development-regional unbalanced development-regional coordinated development”and proposes countermeasures for the country to achieve coordinated regional development.
