Professor ZHANG Weihua's Clinical Needling Method of‘Shenying Group Points’

本研究总结张卫华教授针刺“神应组穴”(二穴五点,即百会、四神聪)治疗精神神志类疾患临床经验。张教授在传统针刺治疗的基础上,临床大凡精神亢奋、情志抑郁类疾病,均取此“神应组穴”,依病种及其虚实不同而针刺方法有别,常用的有龟速徐刺法、飞针速刺法、雀啄刺法及透刺法,后者又有一针四向透、五点内外透和八向透百会等,在此将诸法作一介绍,并举两例典型病例加以佐证。张教授醒神、安神的“神应组穴”组方固定,刺法多样,特色鲜明,可单取而使,亦可配伍他穴应用,临床取效甚佳,凡精神神志疾病、脑源性及头部疾病治疗均可应用。

This study summarized professor ZHANG Weihua's clinical experience in treating mental disorders by needling‘Shenying group points’,which including Baihui(DU20)and Sishencong(EX-HN1).On the basis of traditional acupuncture treatment,professor ZHANG selected the‘Shenying group points’for all kinds of diseases,such as mental excitement and emotional depression,and the acupuncture methods were different according to the types of diseases and their deficiency or excess feature.The commonly used methods include slow needling,quick needling,bird-pecking needling and penetrating needling.The latter includes four-direction penetrating needling,five-point penetrating inside and outside,eight-direction penetrating and so on,which were elaborated in this study,together with two typical cases to share with the peers.‘Shenying group points’can be used for waking up mind and calm Shen,various needling methods can be applied to.The therapy can be applied to psychiatric and mental diseases,brain-derived and head diseases.
