Tactical Principles and Command Organization Procedures of Mountain Rescue

国家综合性消防救援队伍改革转制后,消防救援队伍作为我国应急救援的主力军和国家队,救援职能大幅拓展,山岳救援任务逐渐增多。据不完全统计,2022年共发生登山探险被困事故139起,被困主要原因是对路线不熟悉、随意改变路线、天气了解不足、体能分配不当、行程计划不充分等,因此对山岳救援任务提出了许多新挑战。详细阐述山岳救援战术原则及组织指挥程序,对消防救援队伍参与山岳救援任务的理论层面进行深入探索。

After the reform and transformation of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team,the fire and rescue team,being the main force and national team of emergency rescue in China,has greatly expanded its rescue functions and gradually increased its mountain rescue tasks.According to incomplete statistics,there were 139 trapped accidents in mountain climbing exploration in 2022.The main reasons for being trapped were unfamiliar with the route,changing the route at will,inadequate understanding of the weather,improper allocation of physical fitness,inadequate travel planning and more.Therefore,many new challenges have been put forward for mountain rescue missions.The tactical principles and organization and command procedures of mountain rescue were elaborated in detail,and the theoretical level of fire rescue team participating in mountain rescue mission was explored in depth within this thesis.
