单轨吊运输车弯轨运行轨道力学特性

摘要 单轨吊运输车在弯道行车时,起吊梁等重物下方的第1根轨道会折弯,甚至断裂。弯轨失效的原因,是在轨道腹板方向受到较大的冲击。为减缓单轨吊运输车水平转弯时对弯轨的冲击碰撞,提出一种串并联混合驱动的串并联驱动单轨吊,建立单轨吊运输车运行轨道的弯轨数学模型,并进行仿真分析。结果表明:单轨吊运输车重载时,轨道满足煤矿安全规定,证明了该设备的可行性。 When the monorail crane is driving on the curve,the first rail under the lifting beam and other heavy objects will bend or even break.The failure of curved rail is caused by the impact on the track web.In order to slow down the impact on the bent rail when the monorail transport vehicle makes a horizontal turn,a series and parallel monorail hybrid drive monorail is proposed,and the mathematical model of the bent rail of the monorail transport vehicle is established and analyzed by simulation.The results show that the track meets the coal mine safety regulations when the monorail hauler is overloaded,which proves the feasibility of the equipment.
