电解银的制备及其对丙二醇合成丙酮醛催化性能的研究

摘要 采用复配电解银为催化剂,催化丙二醇合成丙酮醛。考察了复配电解银催化剂和单一粒径电解银的催化性能。研究发现,复配电解银具有优异的催化性能,且其排序方式对其催化性能有明显的影响。随着铺放厚度的增加,复配电解银的催化性能先增加后减小。该催化剂具有优异的回收性能,在回收使用5次后,依然具有95%以上的催化性能。 The synthesis of methylglyoxal from propylene glycol is catalyzed by composite electrolytic silver as catalyst.The catalytic performance of the composite electrolytic silver catalyst and the single particle size electrolytic silver catalyst is investigated.It is found that the composite electrolytic silver has excellent catalytic performance,and its sorting method has a significant effect on its catalytic performance.With the increase of laying thickness,the catalytic performance of composite electrolytic silver increases first and then decreases.The catalyst has excellent recycling performance,and it still has more than 95%catalytic performance after 5 times of recycling.
