摘要
基于福建省LTE宽带集群专网(1447~1467MHz)技术,针对厦门新机场填海造地区及周边船舶采砂区4G/5G网络信号存在大量信号盲区、弱覆盖,造成作业船只无法回传现场实时视频,无法满足安全防护评估要求,致使海事监管部门无法有效预防及防控作业船只安全,航行风险十分突出等问题,同时围绕海面远距离信号覆盖、提供高质量高带宽传输通道等应用场景,研究LTE宽带集群专网应用部署方案,完成重点业务试验,全面提升海面高带宽LTE宽带集群专网信号覆盖水平,提升船只作业安全。
Since there exist many signal blind spots and weak coverage of 4G/5G network signals in the reclamation area of Xiamen New Airport and the surrounding ship sand excavation area,which results in the inability of working vessels to enable live video backhaul,it is difficult to meet the safety protection assessment requirements and maritime regulatory authorities are unable to effectively ensure the safety of working vessels.And more importantly,navigation risks are very prominent.Therefore,the application deployment scheme of LTE broadband cluster private network(1447~1467 MHz band)is studied based on the LTE broadband trunking private network(1447~1467 MHz frequency band)technology of Fujian Province,focusing on the application scenarios such as remote signal coverage of the sea surface and high-quality and high-bandwidth transmission channels.Finally,the key tests are completed,comprehensively improving the signal coverage level of the high-bandwidth LTE broadband trunking private network of the sea surface as well as enhancing the safety of working vessels.
