水利水电工程土工比重试验精准度技术研究

摘要 大坝填筑堆石料设计一般采用孔隙率进行碾压密实度的控制,而孔隙率的换算离不开比重值,因此比重试验结果的准确性是大坝填筑质量控制试验检测精准度的关键,也是保证大坝填筑施工质量的重要技术参数。本文分析了比重试验结果在工程质量控制中存在的问题及影响其精准度的主要技术因素,并分类介绍了试验各环节程序和结果分析,以期引起施工单位重视,保证大坝填筑质量和长久稳定运行。 The design and control criteria for dam filling construction commonly employ porosity as a measure to control compaction.Porosity calculations rely on specific gravity values,making the accuracy of specific gravity test results crucial for quality control and precision testing during dam filling construction.It is also a vital technical parameter to ensure the construction quality of the dam.This paper analyzes the issues surrounding specific gravity test results in engineering quality control and the key technical factors affecting their precision.It categorizes the various stages of the testing process and results analysis,with the aim of raising awareness among construction units to ensure the quality and long-term stability of dam filling construction and operation.
