多种流量计在密云水库水文测验中的应用分析

摘要 密云水库作为首都北京重要的防洪控制工程、地表饮用水源地和水资源战略储备基地,其安全运行对首都防洪安全和水资源安全至关重要。RQ30非接触式雷达流量计,实现了在无人值守的情况下,自动测验密云水库区间5条河流陡涨陡落洪水流量。移动雷达波、ADCP测流系统丰富了张家坟水文站、下会水文站的测流手段。不同方式的比测提高了测流数据的精确度,同时保证了测站人员在降雨及大洪水条件下测流的安全,能够方便快捷地进行洪水施测,实现了水文站自动化测流。本文对RQ30雷达流量计、移动雷达波在线测流系统、ADCP测流系统的构成、工作原理以及功能特点进行阐述,分析了不同测流设备在密云水库的具体应用情况,最后进行了典型站流量比测分析。汛期运行和数据比对验证了流量监测设备数据稳定可靠,精度符合相关规定,这对提高水文预报、防洪调度、供水调度的科学性、准确性和及时性具有重要意义。 As an important flood control project,surface drinking water source and water resource strategic reserve base in Beijing,the safe operation of Miyun Reservoir is crucial to the safety of flood control and water resource of the capital.The RQ30 non-contact radar flow meter enables automatic testing of rapidly changing flood flows in five rivers within Miyun Reservoir area,even in unmanned scenarios.The utilization of mobile radar waves and the ADCP flow measurement system enriches the flow measurement methods at Zhangjiakou and Xiahui hydrological stations.By employing various measurement techniques,the accuracy of flow data is improved,ensuring the safety of station personnel during rainfall and heavy flood conditions.This facilitates efficient and timely measurement of floods,achieving automation of hydrological station measurements.This paper elaborates on the composition,working principles,and functional characteristics of the RQ30 radar flow meter,mobile radar wave online flow measurement system,and ADCP flow measurement system.It analyzes the specific application of different flow measurement equipment at Miyun Reservoir,concluding with a comparative analysis of flow measurements at typical stations.The operation during flood seasons and data comparisons validate the stability and reliability of the flow monitoring equipment,meeting accuracy requirements as stipulated.This holds significant importance in enhancing the scientific,accurate,and timely aspects of hydrological forecasting,flood control scheduling,and water supply management.
