摘要
本文从移植郑州“7·20”特大暴雨入手,对黄河流域三花间区域范围的小浪底、陆浑、故县、河口村等水库及丹河、小花干洪水过程进行了洪水演进分析,并结合各水库的综合调度方案,模拟了桃花峪水库的入、出库洪水情况。结果表明,建设桃花峪水库能够有效控制小浪底至花园口区间洪水,减小花园口洪峰流量和水位,减轻小浪底水库与黄河下游防洪压力,同时减小三门峡水库汛期拦洪运用的概率。
Starting with the transplantation of the extreme“7.20”rainstorm in Zhengzhou,this paper conducts an analysis of the flood evolution process of reservoirs such as Xiaolangdi,Luhun,Guxian,and Hekou Village in the Sanhuajian Area of the Yellow River Basin,as well as Danhe River and Xiaohuagan River during flood events.Combined with the comprehensive scheduling schemes of various reservoirs,the inflow and outflow flood situations of Taohuayu Reservoir are simulated.The results indicate that the construction of Taohuayu Reservoir can effectively control floods in Xiaolangdi to Huayuankou section,reduce the peak flow and water level at Huayuankou,alleviate flood control pressure downstream of Xiaolangdi Reservoir and the Yellow River,and simultaneously reduce the probability of flood detention during the flood season of Sanmenxia Reservoir.
