摘要
本文基于河势分析与水域物探法,分析了长江南京河段崩岸应急治理工程实施前后的变化情况,全面评价了崩岸应急治理工程的实施效果。结果表明,工程实施后,水下地形整体呈淤积态势,局部岸段受水流顶冲与特殊水文影响,略微冲刷,工程完工后初期运行总体稳定,起到了较好的防护效果。本文根据治理工程分析结果及崩岸对河势稳定的影响,提出了应对局部岸段采取加固措施、定期开展全河段河势监测分析、加强对重点工程后期观测维护、关注已建和在建过江通道对护岸工程与河势的影响并开展专项研究的建议。
Based on river dynamics analysis and hydrogeophysical methods,this paper analyzes the changes before and after the implementation of bank collapse emergency project in Nanjing section of the Yangtze River.It comprehensively evaluates the effectiveness of the bank collapse emergency treatment project.The results indicate that after the implementation of the project,the underwater topography tends to become silted,with some local bank segments experiencing slight erosion due to water flow impact and special hydrological conditions.The initial operation of the project after completion is generally stable,achieving a satisfactory protective effect.Based on the analysis of project results and the impact of bank collapse on river stability,this paper proposes recommendations including reinforcing measures for specific bank segments,conducting regular riverbed monitoring and analysis throughout the entire river reach,strengthening post-construction observation and maintenance for key projects,addressing the impacts of existing and ongoing cross-river passages on bank protection project and river dynamics,and conducting specialized research.
