摘要
目前高校辅导员就业指导服务面临三大“缺乏”:针对新就业形态的指导服务缺乏专业性;就业指导服务缺乏灵活性和创新性;就业指导服务工作缺乏系统性,这些都影响了高校就业工作的开展。为此,必须丰富辅导员就业指导服务的相关知识与技能、建立全程化的就业指导服务、针对新就业形态改进指导服务方法、优化就业考核制度调动辅导员工作的积极性、落实毕业生就业指导服务“一生一策”制度、利用互联网资源优化就业指导服务,全方位推动毕业生实现更加充分更高质量的就业。
The employment guidance and service of college instructors faces three"deficiencies":The guidance and service of the new forms of employment lack professionalism;the employment guidance and service lack flexibility and innovation;the employment guidance and service lack systematization.These problems have affected the development of employment work in colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to enrich the relevant knowledge and skills of instructors′employment guidance and service,establish a whole-process employment guidance and service,improve guidance service methods for the new forms of employment,optimize the employment assessment system to mobilize the enthusiasm of instructors,implement the"one student,one policy"for college graduates and make use of Internet resources to optimize employment guidance and service,comprehensively promoting graduates to achieve more adequate and higher quality employment.
