抗肿瘤刺激响应型凝胶的制剂新进展

New developments in the formulation of antitumor stimuli-responsive gels

目的综述抗肿瘤刺激响应型凝胶的制剂新进展,为此类凝胶的进一步研究与开发应用提供思路。方法查阅近年来国内外关于抗肿瘤刺激响应型凝胶的相关文献,并对其进行整理、归纳与总结。结果装载抗肿瘤药物的pH敏感型凝胶、热敏型凝胶、光热敏感型凝胶、微波响应型凝胶、超声响应型凝胶在制剂上均有新进展,能够缓释药物,降低药物毒副作用,具有良好的生物相容性。结论抗肿瘤刺激响应型凝胶,虽然存在制作成本较高,设计过程复杂等问题,面临成果转换较少、实际应用不多的现状,但仍然拥有巨大的潜力,能够在肿瘤局部治疗中发挥巨大的作用。

Objective To review new developments in the formulation of antitumor stimulus-responsive topical gels,and to provide ideas for further research and development of these gels.Methods The relevant literatures on antitumor stimuli-responsive gels in recent years were reviewed,organized,and summarized.Results The results showed that the pH-sensitive,heat-sensitive,photo-thermal-sensitive,microwave-responsive,ultrasound-responsive gels loaded with antitumor drugs have made new progress in formulation,which can slow down the release of drugs and reduce the toxic side effects of drugs.Conclusions Although there are problems such as high production cost and complicated design process,and few practical applications,the anti-tumor stimuli-responsive gels still have great potential and can play a great role in the local treatment of tumors.
