摘要
生物发酵饲料是通过有益菌发酵改变饲料的营养含量,具有提高饲料营养价值、提升饲料转化率、促进动物生长发育、保障动物健康和改善生态环境等作用。文章就生物发酵饲料菌种与发酵工艺、生物发酵饲料在猪安全生产中的应用进行了综述,以期为饲料行业的高质量可持续发展提供参考。
Microbial fermentation feed changes the nutritional content of feed through fermentation of beneficial bacteria,which has the effect of improving the nutritional value of feed,enhancing the conversion rate of feed,promoting the growth and development of animals,safeguarding the health of animals and improving the ecological environment.This paper reviewed the microbial fermentation feed strains and fermentation process as well as the application of microbial fermentation feed in the safe production of swine,which can provide reference for the high-quality and sustainable development of the feed industry.
