昌黎县扇贝行业劳动力素质调查与分析

Survey and analysis of labour quality in scallop industry in Changli County

解决“三农”问题的核心在于解决农民问题,要实现农业现代化,农民是主体,农村劳动力素质直接关系到农村生产力的发展和农村社会进步。昌黎县隶属于河北省秦皇岛市,是中国重要的扇贝养殖基地。文章以昌黎县为调查对象,分析了当地扇贝行业劳动力素质现状,归纳出文化素养、技能培训和经营能力等3个影响昌黎县扇贝行业劳动力素质的因素,在此基础上提出加强扇贝行业劳动力培训、转变扇贝行业劳动力思想观念、建设新型职业农民队伍以及完善社会公共服务体系等具体措施,旨在为当地扇贝行业高质量发展提供助益。

The core of solving the problem of"three rural areas"lies in solving the problem of farmers,and farmers are the main body in order to achieve the modernisation of agriculture,and the quality of the rural labour force is directly related to the development of rural productivity and rural social progress.Changli County,belonging to Qinhuangdao City,Hebei Province,is an important scallop aquaculture base in China.The article takes Changli County as the object of investigation,analyzes the current situation of the quality of the local scallop industry workforce,summarizes three factors affecting the quality of the workforce in the scallop industry in Changli County,such as cultural literacy,skills training and business capacity,and on this basis proposes specific measures to strengthen the training of the workforce in the scallop industry,change the ideological concepts of the workforce in the scallop industry,build a new type of vocational farmer team,and improve the social and public service system,with the aim of Provide benefits for the high-quality development of the local scallop industry.
