民族地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的现实困境与实践路径

The Realistic Dilemma and Practical Methods of Fostering a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation in Ethnic Areas

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是我们党对民族工作规律认识的历史性飞跃,拥有着丰富的科学内涵。然而,民族地区在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的过程中面临着诸多制约瓶颈。在此背景下,民族地区在铸牢中华民族共同体意识时不能忽视经济利益与政治权利的相互作用,不能把铸牢中华民族共同体意识看成是民族地区的专属事务和民族地区统战民族工作部门的专有任务,不能把汉族文化当成中华文化,把本民族文化自外于中华文化,不能只要共同性,不要差异性。在具体实践进路上,民族地区要明确铸牢中华民族共同体意识的根本方向,夯实物质基础,坚持民族事务依法治理,提升哲学社会科学研究水平,守好意识形态阵地,打造铸牢中华民族共同体意识的网络平台,科学规划铸牢中华民族共同体意识的评价机制。

Fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is a historic leap in our Party’s understanding of the laws of ethnic work,which has rich scientific connotations.However,minority areas are faced with many constraints and bottlenecks in the process of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.In this context,the interaction between economic interests and political rights should not be ignored in ethnic minority areas,nor should it be regarded as the exclusive affairs of ethnic minority areas or the exclusive tasks of ethnic work departments in ethnic minority areas,nor should Han culture be regarded as Chinese culture,nor should it be regarded as ethnic culture outside of Chinese culture.We should not only have commonalities,but also differences.On the road to concrete practice,ethnic areas should clarify the fundamental direction of building a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,consolidate the material foundation,adhere to the law-based governance of ethnic affairs,improve the level of philosophical and social science research,hold ideological positions,build a network platform for building a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and scientifically plan an evaluation mechanism for building a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
