公路交通安全设施智能养护决策系统研发与应用

摘要 为促进交安设施养护管理逐渐从“粗放式”向“精细化”转变,通过研究开发公路交通安全设施智能养护决策系统,构建了集各类公路交通安全设施基础数据管理、多维统计分析、检测与调查数据分析、设施技术状况综合评定、GIS数据地图综合展示以及重点针对路面标线的质量状况评定、养护决策分析等功能于一体的智能化信息平台。通过对公路交安设施养护所涉及的各项数据的标准化治理、整合挖掘,形成了交通安全设施动态评估调整长效机制,对于对推进交安设施养护与现代信息技术、智能技术的深度融合,全面提升公路交安设施养护数字化管理水平具有重要意义。 In order to promote the gradual transformation of maintenance management of traffic safety facilities from"extensive"to"refined",an intelligent maintenance decisionmaking system for highway traffic safety facilities has been developed,which includes basic data management of various types of highway traffic safety facilities,multidimensional statistical analysis,detection and investigation data analysis,comprehensive evaluation of facility technical conditions,comprehensive display of GIS data maps,and quality evaluation of pavement markings Intelligent information platform integrating maintenance decision analysis and other functions.By standardizing and integrating various data related to the maintenance of highway traffic safety facilities,a long-term mechanism for dynamic evaluation and adjustment of traffic safety facilities has been formed.This is of great significance for promoting the deep integration of traffic safety facility maintenance with modern information technology and intelligent technology,and comprehensively improving the digital management level of highway traffic safety facility maintenance.
