Research on comprehensive classification and evaluation of expressway service areas

当前高速公路服务区已由高速增长阶段转向精细化管理阶段,为实现服务区转型升级、提高服务区管理水平,综合考虑高速公路服务区的建设规模、设施设备配置、交通流量、经营能力等因素,构建包含基础设施能力和动态服务水平两个维度的服务区分类管理综合评价模型。以临沂市境内服务区以及青兰高速山东段内服务区为研究对象,对综合评价模型进行验证。

The current expressway service area has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a refined management stage.In order to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the service area and improve the management level of the service area,this article comprehensively considers the factors such as the construction scale,facility and equipment configuration,traffic flow,and operating capacity of the expressway service area,constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for service area classification management that includes two dimensions of infrastructure capacity and dynamic service level.The comprehensive evaluation model was validated using the service areas in Linyi city and the service areas in the eastern section of the Qingdao-Lanzhou expressway as research objects.
