摘要
燃烧室属于薄壁圆筒类零件,受集中载荷作用将产生复杂弹塑性变形。燃烧室采用径向端面密封形式进行水压试验,在夹紧过程中受到径向、轴向和周向等集中载荷产生复杂弹塑性变形。采用有限元方法分析燃烧室在集中载荷作用下变形过程,确定径向端面密封合理的过盈量,并根据仿真结果给实际生产以指导,从而得到较好的效果,对燃烧室该类薄壁圆筒状零件水压试验选定密封件、压紧压力及水压压力有一定的指导和参考意义。
The combustion chamber belongs to the thin-wall cylinder parts,under the centralized load will produce complex elastic-plastic deformation.The combustion chamber adopts the radial end surface sealing form for the hydrostatic test,and the complex elastic-plastic deformation is caused by the radial,axial and circumferential concentrated load in the clamping process.The finite element method is used to analyze the deformation process of the combustion chamber under the action of concentrated load,determine the reasonable surplus of the radial end surface sealing,and guide the actual production according to the simulation results,thus getting good results,the selected seal,the pressure pressure have certain guidance and reference significance of the pressure.
