摘要 旋风分离器是油气开采领域除砂的核心设备,为研究结构对分离效率的影响,新设计了一种内置的导流叶片,基于CFD采用fluent软件对新型旋风分离器进行流场分析。结果表明:内置导流叶片的旋风分离器切向速度最大值比传统Stairmand分离器有显著提升,径向速度小幅降低,轴向速度减小并延长颗粒停滞时间。入口风速为15m/s时压降提高了15%,随着入口风速的提高压降升高的幅度越来越小,在25m/s时,压降升高11%。针对粒径2.5μm以下颗粒的分离效率平均提高了11%~19%,该研究为旋风分离器后续设计提供一定的指导意义。 The cyclone separator is the core equipment for sand removal in the field of oil and gas extraction.In order to study the impact of structure on separation efficiency,a new built-in guide vane was designed.Based on CFD,fluent software was used to analyze the flow field of the new cyclone separator.The results show that the maximum tangential velocity of the cyclone separator with built-in guide vanes is significantly improved compared to the traditional Stairmand separator,with a small decrease in radial velocity,a decrease in axial velocity,and an extension of particle stagnation time.When the inlet wind speed is 15m/s,the pressure drop increases by 15%.As the inlet wind speed increases,the amplitude of the pressure drop increase decreases.At 25m/s,the pressure drop increases by 11%.For particle size 2.5μThe separation efficiency of particles below m has increased by an average of 11%to 19%,providing guidance for the subsequent design of cyclone separators.
